We are recruiting Customer Service Team Manager positions at our Preston Brook site. Working within a newly formed team you will oversee a team providing coaching, leadership and guidance to your team.

You'll need a good track record of team management with experience in coaching and mentoring team members to a high standard. You will need to be fluent (spoken/written) in either Spanish, French, Dutch or German. The range of work we do means there's lots of opportunity for ambitious people to progress.

This is a full-time role on a 37.5 hour contract. Employees work five out of seven days, covering shifts over 7AM-7PM Monday to Sunday. Current salary range is between £24,000 - £26,000 and we are looking for people available to start in early February.

While there's a small fee for crossing, the bridge provides a direct route to our free car park. No more city centre traffic nightmares, it's a less-stress, non-stop drive to our front doors.
