You definately won't walk alone in this role, as our client offers you the opportunity to work within a very welcoming multinational Customer Services team. This Dutch speaking Customer Service role is located in the hometown of the Beatles, Liverpool! We are currently looking for someone with previous experience in a customer service related role within a corporate environment as well as absolute fluency in Dutch written and spoken. Your main responsibility will be to deliver a world class service to Benelux based customers by providing product information and dealing with complaints via phone/email/chat.
As a Dutch speaking Customer Service Represenative you will also have the opportunity to manage the client's e-commerce site by uploading relevant Dutch content, translating product information in to Dutch and run weekly reports to analyse traffic to the site. This role is well suited to you if you enjoy dealing with customers on a daily basis and are able to prioritise tasks.
- Fluent Dutch written and spoken is mandatory
- Additional fluency in French, written and spoken is desired
- Great communication skills
- Previous experience working as customer service advisor, customer service coordinator, customer service coordinator, sales administrator, technical support, help desk advisor is desirable, but not essential
- A strong and confident communicator in the required languages
- A team player able to work well and communicate with departments
