DUTCH SPEAKING Customer Service Representative

MK Resourcing are working with a CAMBERLEY based organisation to source a DUTCH SPEAKING Customer Service Representative.

The role comes with a competitive salary package for the right individuals. In order to apply for this role, the applicants must be fluent in Dutch as it is providing Dutch Customer Service, the role is FULL TIME.

JOB DETAILS: -

- Strong Customer Service - promoting well know brands

- 50% Correspondence via email and web and 50% Phone based work, this is not a Call Centre based role

- Dealing with retailers of the products on sale

- Chasing customer orders

- Discussing products with customers and retailers

The role is to start early to mid April Successful candidates will be invited to take part in a telephone based interview with the UK Customer Service Manager, followed on by a face to face interview.

Further to this and before a final offer is made, there will be a final telephone interview with the Country Manager.
