This role consists of resolving customer enquiries on behalf of Bosch Power Tools via telephone and email. We are currently recruiting for positions within our Inbound team.
Your main duties:
Answer inbound contacts from Customers regarding technical information and orders in Dutch or Flemish.
Answer inbound contacts from Sales Representatives with requests for prices, delivery dates and information regarding sales campaigns or customers
General contacts and enquiries regarding information on products, accessories and applications.
Processing complaints, returns and credits.
Dealing with Carrier issues.
Logging information into Customer Relationship Management System.
Consistently achieve call quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
Answer & follow up of consumer enquiries
Other duties as assigned.
Excellent communication (verbal and written).
Excellent customer service.
Basic computer skills (e.g. hardware, operating systems, internet).
Technical knowledge and experience with power tools desirable.
