Dutch speaking Administrator keen to break into HR?

Are you Dutch speaking Administrator keen to forge a career within the Human Resources field?

This highly successful global foreign exchange firm, with offices based in the heart of the City, are seeking a highly organised, initiative driven Administrator to join their HR team, acting as a liaison point with their Dutch office.

Key features of the HR Administrator role will include:
*Acting as first point of contact for the Dutch office (travel with the HR Manager to
the Dutch office may be required on occasion)
*Creating offers of employment and new starter packs; and amending contracts when
needed
*Maintaining and updating employee files
*Sending out pre-screening and referencing checks
*Updating policy and procedure in line with new legislation
*Conducting inductions
*Monitoring holiday and sickness records
*Note taking in confidential meetings
*Preparing data for Payroll, and weekly HR meetings

Dutch speaking HR Administrator - what we're looking for:
*Fluent or conversational Dutch is essential
*Either previous HR experience, or previous administration experience with an
interest in HR
*Excellent spoken and written communication skills
*Inquisitive nature and strong researching skills
*Proficiency in MS Office and fast and accurate typing skills
*Understanding of the need for confidentiality
