This is a bi-lingual position, so to be considered you must be fluent in English and Dutch.
As the Associate Business Development Manager focus on growing the client base, rather than developing business within well-established accounts. This position is critical in creating the relationships with the European middle market client accounts. You will target top executives of potential client companies, and drive the pivotal moment where leads become sales, reaping the rewards of negotiating contracts to a successful close.

*Generate C-level leads through professional networking and cold-call techniques and conduct telephone-based or virtual sales meetings.
*Build new business across a specified territory, and identify new business opportunities
*Turn senior executives into active clients through consultative selling, manage the full negotiation and close process, and handle the transition of these active clients to the account manager team.
*Prepares effectively, and researches customers in advance of calls or meetings, to engage effectively in the first contact
*Demonstrates preparedness and credibility- using insight-led sales techniques.
*Forms tactical relationships with clients and connects with key account stakeholders (HR & Business Unit leaders)
*Achieves detailed understanding of the clients most important business and talent needs through skillful probing
*Paints a client-centric vision of value by effectively positioning our recommendations and capabilities in the client's context
*Gains client's agreement on timeframes and next steps to advance the close
*Drives the sales close by navigating roadblocks, identifying decision processes and leveraging urgency drivers
*2+ years successful outbound business to business sales experience, ideally from a Consulting or Business Services industry: including proven experience in negotiations
*Demonstrated ability to serve in a role with revenue responsibility and able to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
*Preferably experience selling to HR and/or C Level, with strong current network
*A Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources, or business-related discipline
*Fluent/native language skills in Dutch plus excellent business English
*A strong networker with negotiation skills
*Ability to manage multiple commercial processes, forecast with precision and identify challenges to a positive commercial outcome
*Strong business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adaptability.
*Must be professional, diplomatic, personable and reliable
*The ability to build business relationships at a senior level
*Ability to use internal influence to ensure that the full capabilities of the company are brought to bear in serving our clients
