* Being the first point of contact for customers via email and telephone
*Managing all customer needs and questions; chasing orders, resolving simple technical issues and forwarding customers queries to the significant teams where necessary.
*Reply to any customer complaints; making sure the highest levels of support and service are given and co coordinating with the customer care supervisor to ensure a suitable solution.
*Experience in customer services or high interest in starting a career in customer services
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in both German and Dutch
*Excellent written skills and excellent communication skills
*Able to take initiative
*Excellent eye for detail and good organizational skills
*Experience with Microsoft packages
