Duties will include; conducting due diligence reviews of new and existing opportunities (which includes site visits, some of which may be overseas when permitted) - Co-ordinating with and supporting colleagues in other business areas to complete the due diligence of new opportunities and identifying key risks during the due diligence phase, working with colleagues and counterparties to mitigate these risks where possible and appropriate. Analysing findings of due diligence reviews and identifying appropriate mitigating actions and responses. Ideally you would have worked within a similar role or have a Risk related background with a Business or Finance related degree is a benefit with an Accounting or similar qualification ideal an Insurance background is preferred with exposures to MGA.
