Dual Qualified Prosthetist/Orthotist

Opcare is looking to recruit experienced dual qualified Prosthetist/Orthotists to cover clinics in the West Midlands.

The successful applicants will join enthusiastic and busy teams providing in and outpatient services to a range of patients, some of which have complex needs.

These positions provide an ideal setting for enthusiastic clinicians with a vision to develop their career, clinical expertise and interests in many areas of prosthetic and orthotic care. The successful applicant will need to be capable of practising independently and have a focus on continual improvement.

The successful applicants will need to:

  • Have obtained a BSc in Prosthetics and Orthotics or other suitable appropriate qualifications;

  • Be registered with HCPC and ideally be a member of BAPO and/or ISPO;

  • Obtain enhanced DBS clearance;

  • Provide satisfactory references.
