Key Accountabilities

The Driver Services Administrator will provide efficient and accurate administration as part of a team to support to our business functions

Duties

o Providing exemplary administrative support and a friendly and reliable interface to our valued customer base

o Completing relevant documentation, accurately and efficiently

o Scanning, uploading and checking vehicle documentation received, accurately updating systems

o Ensuring all records are accurate and up to date

o Processing fines, penalty charge notices and congestion charges

o Effective communication internally and externally, making phone calls, writing letters and generating emails

o Chasing completion of activities

o Carrying out Driving Licence checks

o Ensure customer Insurance documentation is received and accurate

o Creating reports and analysing transactions

o Assisting with the processing of foreign travel documentation

o Assisting in managing a shared email inbox.

o Observing safe working practices at all time, carrying out duties due care and in line with Company policies and procedures.

o Other ad hoc duties as required by the Company.

o Accurate and efficient data input

o Respond to emails and other queries in a timely manner

o Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues

o Timely and accurate production of documentation

Person Specification

Experience & Qualifications

o A minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration preferred

o Previous vehicle sales or fleet sales experience preferred

o GCSE Maths and English essential

o Degree qualification or similar advantageous
