We have an opportunity for a Driver/Fitter based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a full—time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established plant and machinery hire with sites across the UK.
Responsibilities of theDriver/Fitter
- Service, repair and maintain equipment.
- Load and unload deliveries.
- Deliver stock as and when required to cover absences.
- Assist in the external breakdowns of equipment.
Requirements for a successful Driver/Fitter
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Previous mechanical fitter/maintenance experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Good communication skills.
Summary of the Driver/Fitter role
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
