Donor Acquisition Manager

I am working with a fantastic charity in Hammersmith who are currently looking for somebody to join their fundraising department. 

This particular charity were a benevolent charity for about 150 years up to eight years ago when they started fundraising.

As fundraising is fairly new for the charity, they really need somebody who is happy and willing to put in a lot of time to create a successful and consistent structure. There is a lot of foundation work, but this initial part of the role could take between 6 months and year.

You must be happy to do this (which can include a lot of administration work) for the first part of your role. 

Both after and during this month long project you will also be doing what will be your day to day duties which will include a lot of 'building', 'developing', 'managing' and 'updating' in the following:

The individual giving budget
Acquisition activity and reports against KPIs
Partnerships with external suppliers
The performance of face to face and telephone fundraisers
Production of training materials for fundraising agencies and marketing materials
