***Fantastic Opportunity - Experienced branch manager required to oversee their branch in the Bradford area***

The Company:
I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary complex care service provider that requires an experienced Registered Branch Manager to oversee the effective growth of their Bradford branch.
They support and care for individuals who have highly complex care needs and they take a family approach, caring as much for their team as they expect them to care for their clients.

The role:
This role at their Bradford branch and you will be managing a well-established and highly experienced team within the office, 50 carers and overseeing the effective delivery of 800 hours/week. There will be a requirement to help out with on-call duties, 1 week in 4 weeks.

The Person:
You will be a personable, positive and essentially strong registered branch manager and ideally have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care. Complex care experience is desirable but not essential. You will have a good understanding of CQC key lines of enquiry and have the ability to positively maintain Good CQC scores across the board. You will have excellent business sense, with a good understanding of policies & procedures and the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
NVQ level 5 or equivalent is desirable but not absolutely essential, however you must be willing to work towards this as you will be registered with CQC.

The Salary:
Up to £32K dependent on experience + Bonuses & Excellent Benefits
