With excellent support packages, pay and holiday in place this company provides a unique Home Care Service based on the central premise of putting those who receive the care at the very centre of the whole process.
Your new role
As a carer within the team you will be responsible for a number of key clients in their own home either on a return from hospital, respite or ongoing home care basis. You will provide care to the highest of standards reporting back to the team manager and following company policy when reporting incidents or additional service needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in the mental health sector is desirable
- Experience as a carer in the last two years is essential
- Own transport is necessary as work will be across various sites in Plymouth
- NVQ2 or above in Health & Social Care is desirable
