Domestic gas engineer required for our client a specialist plumbing and heating company based in the Southwest. They are currently looking to add to their team of domestic and residential engineers.

The Domestic Gas Engineer will be responsible for the installation, service and maintenance of domestic heating products such as boilers, hot water cylinders and underfloor heating systems as well as occasionally servicing renewable energy systems. The work will consist of travel around the South West, with the majority of the work being in Bath and the surrounding areas.

The Gas Engineer MUST hold their ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT and HTR1. The Gas Engineer will be based within commutable distance to Bath and have a minimum of 5 years' experience carrying out service, maintenance and breakdown on a range of domestic boilers. Installation experience would be advantageous.

  • Service, maintenance, fault finding and repair experience with domestic boilers
  • Current Domestic Gas Safe tickets such as CCN1, CENWAT
  • 5 years' experience
  • Full Clean Driving License
  • Based within commutable distance of Bath
  • Must be able to provide own tools and gas analyser

Domestic Gas Engineer Position Remuneration

  • Salary £35,000 to £37,500 DOE
  • 40 Hour Week
  • 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Company Van + Fuel Card
  • Overtime available
