Domestic Gas Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer

Multi-Skilled Engineer / Domestic Gas Engineer Required for our client, they specialise in property maintenance of residential sites throughout the Hampshire and Surrey area. They currently require the Residential Gas Engineer to be based within a commutable distance of their office near Woking.

The Domestic Gas Engineers will be tasked with attending 6-8 jobs per day, performing service, fault finding and maintenance tasked to domestic boilers and appliances throughout residential sites in the Surrey, Hampshire and parts of East Sussex. Along with working on domestic heating systems the Multi-skilled Engineer will be tasked with general building repairs on pluming systems, a small amount of plastering, painting etc.

The Domestic Gas Engineer will be required to hold an NVQ or Equivalent in Plumbing and Heating and Domestic Gas Safe tickets.

Multi-Skilled Engineer / Domestic Gas Engineer Position Overview

The Gas Engineer will perform service, maintenance and occasional installation of plumbing and heating systems, as well as be required to cover general building repairs such as; small amounts of plastering, painting, electrical work etc.

Multi-Skilled Engineer / Domestic Gas Engineer Position Requirements

  • Domestic Gas Safe (CCN1)
  • NVQ in Plumbing and Heating
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Based around the Surrey or Hampshire

Multi-Skilled Engineer / Domestic Gas Engineer Position Remuneration

  • Salary £38,000 - £42,000
  • 40 Hour Week
  • Company Van
  • Pension
  • 25 Days Holiday + BH
  • NO ON CALL REQUIRED
