Our client is looking to recruit a documentation manager to be responsible for writing and creating all the development and training manuals in the business. There is currently very little documentation and outdated training manuals so the first responsibility will be to liaise with internal teams to create some more standardised documentation. You will be required to write and create articles to inspire users and also provide project deadlines for creating future articles. This role will be strategic and will also involve some management in the future.
As a documentation manager, it is essential that you have experience within a similar role as well as having worked within a software environment. You will be used to writing outstanding levels of documentation and be able to liaise with all departments to achieve your goals. You will have a portfolio of technical writing to back up your experience. Any knowledge of Robohelp or similar products would be ideal as would any video editing or graphic design skills.
