Document Production Specialist

We are currently recruiting a Document Production Specialist to join an International law firm on a permanent basis. The Document Production Specialist will work between the hours of 12pm and 8pm Monday to Friday.

The Document Production Specialist will be responsible for assisting the firm with all document processing needs. This will be a varied role and the duties will include but are not limited too;

  • Inputting, formatting and revising documents within Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Proofreading completed legal materials for accuracy
  • Audio typing/ dictation
  • Conduct Internet, intranet, network and archive searches, as requested
  • Mark and generate tables of contents and tables of authorities (utilising either Best Authority or manual marking in Word)
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal clients by developing a good understanding of an awareness of partners, lawyers and department PA's and practice areas
  • Troubleshoot and stabilise documents
  • Create legal bundles and bibles, both in hard copy and electronic format
  • Assist lawyers, staff and specialists in document design
  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
  • All other duties as assigned or required
