Our client, a global professional services firm with excellent offices in central Guildford, requires a Document Production Assistant to join their busy team.
This role will be supporting the team to produce documentation to a high quality.
You must have outstanding attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately. Duties will include, but are not limited to, transcribing digital dictations, producing documents to the firm's exemplary standard by adhering to their style of document production and dealing with telephone enquires in a professional manner and possessing the ability to maintain appropriate communication lines with colleagues and clients at all times. You will be able to manage and prioritise your own workload within agreed deadlines and timeframes.
The shift pattern for this role is 1.30pm - 10.00pm, Monday - Friday.
Meticulousness, attention to detail and being able to work to deadlines are key to this role. A good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is also desirable.
