Working the late shift until midnight (4pm - 12am)


Our client, a renowned legal firm based in modern Leeds offices are recruiting a Document Production Administrator to join their in-house team. The role will involve processing a variety of documents including audio and copy typing documents, proofreading and amending documents using design tools.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and intermediate Microsoft Office skills to join a global law firm where there are plenty of opportunities to develop long term.

Your duties as Document Production Administrator will include:

  • Creating and amending documents, pitches and presentations
  • Reformatting lengthy and complex documents
  • Potential to manage the prioritization and distribution of incoming work.
  • Transcribing legal documents from digitally dictated material
  • You will reformat lengthy and complex documents
  • Amending pitch and presentation documents using imagery and design tools

To be selected for interview, you will have experience of either document production, word processing, journalism or secretarial work as well as the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of working within a busy legal environment would be advantageous
  • Ability to learn new things quickly
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • You will be a team player
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience within document production, word processing, journalism or within an administrative or secretarial role would be advantageous.
