Your new role
In your new role as Project Coordinator you'll work as part of the Document Management System project team reporting directly to the Project Manager. You'll be responsible for the development and implementation of effective document lifecycle management, in line with the upcoming General Data Protection Regulation legal obligations.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will possess sound knowledge of various document management systems ideally including SharePoint and Invu. You'll have experience of organising and categorising documents particularly personal and property documentation. Be able to demonstrate approach/methods of engagement to understand how people work and use documentation. Experience of implementing new business processes. You'll also have strong communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business using both verbal and written channels.
