An exciting opportunity has risen for an experienced Document Controller to join our international and award winning client based in London. The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated specialists on a range of prestigious projects.
The role will include managing the flow of documentation, uploading information onto the document management systems, distributing incoming information to relevant parties, quality assurance checking for accuracy of information and assisting the project teams of engineers and CAD.
The Successful candidate:
Must have 5+ years' experience of Document Control within a Building Services consultancy or similar and have the proven ability of distributing 200 to 400 incoming drawings at a time, across 20 to 30 live projects to short deadlines.
You will be proactive, adaptable, and approachable with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong experience of conject / Aconex, and/or 4Projects is essential. You will also have excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
You will thrive in a busy and demanding environment and have the ability to work without supervision and to short deadlines.
Must also have excellent communication skills (written and oral), both face to face and over the telephone, and a good academic background
Salary: Depending on qualifications and experience c. £30,000 - £38,000 plus company benefits which include pension scheme, private healthcare, childcare vouchers, cycle to work scheme & much more!
