Document Controller

An opportunity has arisen for an Document Controller to support the Sales Team with providing information for tenders, the role will be to ensure that each project is detailed and costed within the deadlines required.

> Preparing documentations and quotations 
> Review the processes
> Contacting suppliers for quotations and project supports
> Liaising at all levels
> Working on multiple projects
> Attend client meetings

The ideal individual will have strong Ms Offices skills, as well as good understanding of excel formulas, strong communication skills and good attention to detail.

A team player, with is pro-active, able to make decisions, strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to cope with multiple projects and under tight deadlines.
