Your new company
Located on the outskirts of Ipswich, this business are specialists and market leaders within engineering for buildings and building projects nationwide.

Your new role
Reporting into the managing director, you will be solely accountable for the consistent and constant control of the business documentation to allow projects to be completed on time. Providing full administrative and secretarial support to the Ipswich office, you will need to be able to manage large volumes of data entry, emails, phone calls, as well as, logging issues and issuing to relevant internal staff, distributing admin to relevant staff and logging all activity on the bespoke internal system.

What you'll need to succeed
No relevant industry experience is needed but basic administration and communication skills are essential. To ensure you are the ideal candidate for the role you must have great attention to detail for all areas of work, be committed 100% to each project and stay late to complete work, be a clear and effective communicator, have strong IT skills and an analytical mind-set, have a focused and driven work ethic, be able to use your initiative to solve problems and maximise efficiency in your role.

What you'll get in return
A salary of £14,750 - £17,000 p/a depending on experience and access to great company benefits. Access to free onsite parking all year round and annual salary reviews. You will be inducted into the full training programme to ensure you fill any skill or knowledge gaps.
