An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Walton Centre Neurology Division to help shape and support the Clinical and Operational Management team’s future direction.
The Division of Neurology is responsible for a wide range of clinical and non-clinical services, including a comprehensive Neurological outpatient service, provided across 14 hospitals.
The post holder will be responsible for several administration teams, for ensuring consistent and effective delivery of administration support as well as leading and participating in service delivery and improvement projects within the Division and the wider Trust.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing complex teams, operational management of systems and process, managing and delivering change within teams, budgetary and cost improvement management and writing and preparing reports for senior colleagues.
The successful candidates will be able to work autonomously and to tight and often changing timescales. They will also possess a good understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection policies with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

The post will be based at The Walton Centre, but there will be scope for working from home for part of the week whilst Covid 19 social distancing measures apply.
