Due to a period of sustained growth, our client, a highly driven and dynamic business, is looking to strengthen its team with the hire of an experienced estate agency professional (Regional Director or Branch Director background) to take a step away from estate agency into a company sales business leader position. This focused and motivated individual will use their team leadership experience from the estate agency industry to inspire a large team and grow the business to new levels. This is an operational management role akin to that of a Managing Director with responsibility for fee income growth and strategy.
The successful candidate will manage the day to day running of the office and help manage the development of the team to ensure they are fulfilling their potential whilst adopting the role of coach and mentor to them. Responsibilities will also include KPI management as well as overseeing compliance in regards to client complaints.
This role is typically suited to a branch / regional manager who has experience in managing people on a day to day basis in a fast paced customer facing environment – ideally the role would suit a highly accomplished estate agent. Furthermore, whilst a knowledge of business transfer/commercial property would be advantageous, it is not a pre-requisite.
