The Role of a Divisional Manager:

You will be responsible for leading, developing and growing a team of perm marketing recruitment consultants. The recruitment consultants know their verticals and industries inside and out and are especially strong in the FMCG market. But it’s more than just industry knowledge that makes the team different and that is how personal they make it. The recruitment consultants know their clients and candidates on a truly individual basis. You will be supported by a hands on senior management team.
