The re-organisation of Divisional management at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust has created an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, strategically minded healthcare professional to join the triumvirate leadership team for Clinical Support Services.

You will provide key strategic and operational leadership within the Division, working as part of the triumvirate to develop a culture which enables clinical colleagues to flourish and provide highest standards of care for our patients.

We are looking for a leader who is values based, forward thinking, has vision and will inspire their teams. You will have an impressive track record in operational and service management, service delivery and service improvement; with well-developed leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. In return we will give you a challenging, but fulfilling role, with career support and development.

You will be line managed by the Divisional Director and professionally accountable to the Chief Operating Officer.

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is a 500-bed district general hospital which competes on a national level in a number of areas. We are the only acute provider within a 40 miles radius and have a key role as part of the local health economy.

King’s Lynn isn’t just a good place to work, but is also a great place to live. The town boasts a historic medieval port dating back to the 12th century, and has some of the most beautiful picturesque beaches close by on the North Norfolk coast.

If this role appeals to you, and fits your profile, we would love you to join our team.
