We have a fantastic opportunity for a Divisional Administrator to join this market-leading organisation in Solihull, on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.

In this busy and varied administrative role, you will provide essential support to a dynamic property team and the field-based staff, ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently. On a day-to-day basis, you will handle all general administrative duties, including the maintaining and updating of the CRM and property records. As the Divisional Administrator, a key part of your role will be to oversee the coordination related to recently closed properties that this organisation owns, including arranging security measures, valuations and liaising with the utility providers to make the necessary arrangements. A natural "people person", who thrives in the pressure of a hands-on, reactive position, this exciting opportunity will see you liaising regularly with a wide range of external stakeholders, including contractors, utility suppliers and surveyors.

In a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, you will also monitor and analyse the performance of service providers to the properties, ensuring that the expected level of performance is achieved. You will respond to any real estate enquires that arise, handle the disposal of sensitive documents and conduct weekly phone calls with the field-based staff, ensuring agreed upon targets are met regularly. During the regular team meetings, you will also write and distribute minutes with a high level of accuracy.

For this fantastic opportunity, you will need to have strong administrative experience from an office environment. Experience or knowledge of the property or real estate sector is preferable, but is not essential as personality fit is crucial in this team. You will need to be the kind of individual who loves a challenge, who thrives under pressure and who has a "no task too small" attitude to all that you undertake. This is a truly dynamic team, so you will need to enjoy working in a close-knit environment, and have a genuine service-driven attitude to your work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as strong IT competencies, particularly with Microsoft Office.
