They have trained over 1 million people, with their focus on diversity, inclusion and the unconscious bias.
They are looking for a self-starting business development rep who will be happy to find new leads, engage people with the topic of inclusion and think methodically.
They want to add more value in their client interaction and that’s where you will come in!
Their sales are currently at £1m and want to get to £1.5 within 2 years- your role will play a key part in that!
You will be working alongside the Founder/Managing Director who has expert knowledge in the industry so would be an amazing opportunity for a graduate.
· Strong willed thick skinned
· Focussed and tenacious
· Lead generation more important than presentations, and a real ability to be methodical about who has and has not been contacted
· At the moment I just have people that follow up leads that come in via my website, I’d like someone who is not shy
· Confidence, thick skinned, and an interest in earnings.
