As the Senior HR Administrator you will administer the HR EMEA Senior Advisor process and support the HR Governance team's communications processes plus be responsible for ad-hoc project work.

They are a leading global financial services firm providing investment banking, securities, wealth management and investment management services with offices in over 42 countries.


The successful candidate for the Senior HR Administrator position will be responsible for:

  • Administer the Senior Advisor process (on boarding, reporting, invoice processing, documentation and database management, year-end process and adhoc queries)
  • Assisting to resolve Senior Manager Certification Regime (SMCR) queries and escalations supporting an offsite SMCR internal team
  • Coordinating the New Hire Form process, liaising with HR teams as necessary
  • Assisting with the Fitness and Propriety Annual Assessment and associated tasks
  • Assisting with the Code Staff Annual Review and associated tasks
  • Managing the Regulatory Communications Tracker
  • Tracking HR Organisational Announcements
  • Updating HR Communications Forward Plan with activities
  • Process escalation point for an internal HR Administration team all responsible for supporting other areas of HR
  • Support and cross training in other areas of HR Administration to support the team as and when required
  • Ad-hoc project work


The successful candidate for the Senior HR Administrator position should have:

* A strong academic record including a 2:1 degree minimum

* Recent and proven experience in HR administration or general administration within a Financial or Professional Services Company

* Very strong administrative experience

* Excellent IT skills to include Word, PowerPoint, and particularly Excel is essential

* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
