Job Description

You will have responsibility for managing and developing teams across a district of 10+ stores.

You will be a Customer & Product Focused individual with the ability to Drive Results and Set Direction through the influential development of your People.

Your open and clear Communication style combined with your Adaptableapproach will enhance our already energetic and productive Skechers Environment within store, whilst ensuring the Company objectives are met.

You will demonstrate good judgement in line with Skechers Core Values, Belief's and Principles and Lead your team by example.

Qualifications

Experience in Field / Area management is a necessity.

You will have a Customer & Product Focused background, gained within a Retail environment.

You will have experience of managing P&L and KPI performance across a Retail district

You will have excellent Communication skills and the ability to use MS Office competently.

Experience in Fashion and Footwear will be considered an advantage.

The ideal candidate would be situated in, or willing to relocate to, Scotland.
