Salary £30,000 - £36,500 based on experience PLUS bonus, company car, fuel card, 25days holiday, pension, staff discounts & flexible benefits package including childcare vouchers and more!

As Distributor Territory Manager you will maximise sales and profit for our trade, retail and automotive brands for designated customers in your sales territory.

As Distributor Territory Manager you will focus on delivering volume, sales, margin & cash collection targets as well as developing new business opportunities. This will involve maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods as well as quality of service. You will build strong customer relationships and execute sales plans, marketing initiatives, new product launches, promotions and more to grow profitability. You will review our brand presence and maintain our brand leadership status by regularly merchandising our products to gain maximum awareness in store. Important will be the ability to deliver customer service levels that ensure the market continues to use AkzoNobel products above all others.

The successful candidate will have gained extensive experience in sales / account management within a FMCG environment and have a focus on continuous improvement to improve business processes and performance. You will be good at building relationships at all levels and possess excellent communication and financial skills. You will have an understanding of category management and an eye for effective merchandising. Self-motivated, you excel at achieving targets and are resilient in negotiations. You will also be the sort of person who is passionate about excellence and delivers on commitments. A full driving licence is essential.
