Our client currently has an exciting opportunity available for a dedicated person to manage the existing Aerosol Segment, managing depot activities encompassing management aspects of HSSE, distribution and operations and driver and journey Management. You’ll process and coordinate the onsite 3PL contractor to meet the demands of the customer, contractor and business and will drive customer behaviour changes to increase efficiencies and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Further tasks will include producing efficiency reports and trend analysis on customers ordering behaviours, managing day to day activities in line with the business operating cost targets and KPI’s, managing resources to ensure customer order requirements are met and assisting in the compliance with statutory requirements for vehicle operation, maintenance and driver records.
Our client is looking for an excellent negotiator with influencing and problem solving skills and experience of stakeholder management. You’ll possess strong communication skills both verbal and written, effective customer service experience, the ability to work under pressure, the ability to present solutions, the ability to work with computer systems and knowledge of Excel. Customer visits will be essential to ensure relationships are managed therefore a full, UK driving licence is required.
Presentation skills combined with Transport Operation experience and Data Analysis experience would be advantageous but are not essential for the role.
