Neptune is really on the move! From brave beginnings in a Wiltshire barn in 1996, our UK team has grown to a team of over 400 people and we’re still growing! We design, manufacture and retail a beautiful collection of kitchens, luxury furniture and accessories for the home and garden.

Via our 'white-glove’ delivery service we make hundreds of deliveries to our customers every week. Our busy transport team work to a very high set of standards to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our customers, day in day out. We are now looking to welcome on board a highly organised Distribution Administrator who will provide a world class service to our customers when booking deliveries, and provide administrative support in the dispatch of our stunning products.

Your main duties will involve:

  • Communicating all customer deliveries in a professional, warm and engaging manner both over the phone and by email
  • Updating our in-house CRM system and delivery sheets with accurate customer information to allow for our drivers to provide a smooth service
  • Maintaining an effective filing system for delivery notes
  • Dealing with internal and external customer requests

We would love it if you brought to us an understanding of a premium brand, superb communication, along with strong administration skills in Microsoft Office packages.

You will need plenty of initiative and flexibility in your approach, along with being passionate about detail and setting yourself high standards. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4:30pm and 11.30am - 8pm on a weekly rota basis.
