Distribution Administrator

Job Role

To maintain quality, efficiency and effectiveness relating to sales co-ordination within Distribution assisting with administration and marketing activities.

Administration of all quotes, processing orders and liaising with the Installation team to ensure deliveries meet customer requirements

Main Duties:

  1. Collate/create quotations as specified by sales team
  1. Procurement of stock in conjunction with the back office and process orders
  1. Procurement of replacement/condemned cases from existing clients (via service department)
  1. Record and track all client orders, from receipt to despatch
  1. Liaising with manufacturers
  1. Liaise with accounts department with regard to the invoicing of goods
  1. Liaise with Installation team to arrange transport and installation sub-contractors
  1. Provide administrative support to the Sales and Commercial Department
  1. Liaise with customers providing up to date information on the progress of their orders where necessary
  1. Assist with customer telephone enquiries/quoting prices for parts
  1. Liaise with contracts managers with regard to delivery and installation of equipment
