An opportunity now exists for an Associate to join the team in Southampton. As part of a national team you should expect a wide variety of commercial disputes work emerging from the respective corporate, banking and public sector teams, with a particular focus on disputes involving commercial contracts. Irrespective of sector the contentious work is of high quality and complexity in the nature of the dispute effecting each client. As an Associate you will be expected to play a key role in large high value cases that are key to the ongoing success of each clients interests.

As an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer you will be well versed in providing contentious advice. You will be confident and have a commercial outlook ideally having gained your experience at a City firm or regional firm of significant stature.
