Dispute and Charge Backs Specialist

Here at Unico Recruitment we are working alongside an Outsourcing Financial Services company to find the ideal candidate to handle Dispute and Charge Backs cases.

The hours will be between 08:00am - 18:00pm Monday - Friday (possible weekends). This includes a rota that is given 4-6weeks in advance.

Starting rate of pay from £8.56ph

FREE PARKING is provided on site.

5 Weeks mandatory training will be given before the initial starting date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and resolve customer charge backs.
  • Analyse and research transaction history and documents.
  • Call handling to liaise with customers and third parties.
  • Use an in-house bespoke system.

**DBS and Credit checks will be undertaken prior to acceptance**
