An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Line Leader within the dispatch and warehouse department to join our dynamic and fast-paced logistics team. This is a key role within the business, where you will be providing support to your team, peers, other departments and the Management team. This role is integral to help deliver against the business strategy and the corporate and site people plan within an extremely fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working as a team leader or similar within an FMCG warehousing department. You will be used to working at a fast pace and have experience with traceability and working to KPIs. A solid understanding of Health and Safety is vital for this role and experience of working with continuous improvement projects is desirable, however a willingness to be trained in this will be considered. You will be extremely self-motivated and have the ability to work as part of a team effectively while driving your own learning. We would expect you to lead the team by example. Organisation and pro activeness are key qualities for this role, coupled with keen attention to detail.
