Being the right-hand person to the current NW partner means that this role will be incredibly diverse - both strategic and hands on in nature. You will have the responsibility to manage a richly diverse portfolio of clients, and to lead a team in delivering high quality work.
The close-knit team has a variety of backgrounds and experience levels, and the size of the team means that all members are highly engaged in projects, so you will be working closely with all members of the department to meet clients' needs
The client are becoming the go-to TS firm in the North for the incredibly diverse Digital and Tech sector, as well as having an excellent foothold across construction, telecoms, training providers, and education.
Typical transactions focus on the mid-market, at around £10-25m, however given the reputation in the market, they are regularly involved in significant transactions up to £150m, as well as multiple AIM listings.
The approach is integrated, combining strategic thinking with practical delivery of operational solutions. By working with clients throughout the transaction process, they are able to deliver value-adding due diligence services.
As Director, you will take full ownership for the delivery of high quality reports for your clients, be the key point of liaison and have responsibility to develop your team to progress their own careers.

You will be an ACA (or similar professional qualification) qualified, experienced TS senior manager/ AD or Director with a professional and pro-active attitude. The bulk of your working career will have working in TS, dealing with a varied client base and delivering DD reports, information memorandums and detailed analysis of companies as well as leading and building teams.
