Your new role
The Director of Reward will lead the development and implementation of the reward strategy across a multi-sited business. The post holder will lead a reward team focused on the delivering comprehensive reward advice and analysis within the business. The Director of Reward will be part of the senior HR leadership team and will play an integral part in supporting key people decisions. The role will be responsible for board level remco and a key priority will be a complex job evaluation project across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have worked as a Director of Reward or Head of Reward at a similar level. You will have proven Reward Leadership experience within large and complex organisations. It is vital that you are a strong people leader, can build strong internal and external relationships and be able influence up to and including board level.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £85,000 to £110,000 (DOE) plus superb benefits
