A market leading established international high-end restaurant group is looking for a proven Director of Operations to lead there soon to be opened restaurants in a number of major cities on the East Coast of the United States starting with an opening in New York.
As the Operations Director you will report into the Managing Director and be fully operationally and financially accountable for the opening and running of between two to four high end fine dining restaurants due to open within twelve months of each other.
You will be involved in setting up the sites, implementing an effective recruitment strategy for the venues that will each have a one hundred and fifty plus head count. Working closely with the Owners, Managing Director and Executive Chef you will also ensure that the businesses are positioned correctly in highly competitive market.
The Director of Operations will also be responsible for writing and then implementing effective long and short term strategic business plans for the operations that ensure continual financial growth.
The ideal candidate MUST have the right to work in the USA and MUST have experience in New York ideally in restaurant openings.
