Direct Field Sales Executive

We are recruiting for an experienced Direct Sales Professional and or Field Sales Executive on behalf of our client. This opportunity is to identify new business opportunities and manage existing clients within the Inverness area.

The Opportunity:

  • Ability to cold call for new business
  • Ability to generate rapport quickly and close the sale
  • Reporting weekly sales figures
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets
  • £20,000 - £25,000 p/a
  • Fully funded company car
  • Monthly commission
  • Generous pension contribution
  • Product training provided

The right candidate will posses:

  • Direct sales or Business Development experience
  • Excellent ability in lead generation in both established and developing markets
  • B2B sales
  • Hunter mentality
  • Well presented
  • Impeccable time management
  • Proactive approach / self motivated
  • An insatiable drive to be a top performer
  • The ability and confidence to present new products/services or prospects and existing clients
  • Producing weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines
