Digital Work-space Support Analyst

The company is looking for an individual who will help develop and deliver the digital workplace strategy and roadmap. Close collaboration with end users and tech teams to ensure best possible end user experience.

You will be influencing the IT and application architecture, ensuring solutions for end users are robust, scalable and reliable. Responsibility for documentation and insuring all users and tech teams are fully versed on the new offering will be part of your brief.

The digital workplace in this case is Office 365, unified communications principlals and continuous product improvement.

This is a strategic role where collaboration, presentation, documentation, prioritization and education all play a role in successful delivery.

Technical background required is Project Management at Foundation level, Intune Support, Office 365 Administration, MS Teams, Delve, Yammer, Sharepoint Administration. Nice to have ... SCCM sw deployment, OS deployment and patching Strategies.
