We have a really exciting opportunity within professional services, for an experienced training coordinator, to join an outstanding team of L&D Professionals who sit within a wider HR Team.
Do you have experience in Training new starters, digital training is ideal, but please do not let this put you off applying. If you are engaging have great communication skills, have good digital skills yourself and have some experience in training, please read further.
This role is pivotal in organising and coordinating all digital training activities, online learning materials, Digital Skills (SharePoint) pages, and Skills Matrices for all employees.
What you will be doing:
Coordinate weekly Digital Skills new joiner orientation events.
Manage the ongoing Digital Skills orientation programme.
Oversee the Digital Skills team calendar.
Communicate and support the Digital Skills matrices.
Coordinate all Digital Skills training invitations and evaluations.
Manage the Digital Skills SharePoint pages.
Coordinate firm-wide Digital Skills training programmes.
Maintain Digital Skills training records, including attendance, absence, and waiting lists.
Administer and maintain the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
What we are looking for:
Experience in a busy administrative or support position.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and self-management skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent documentation skills.
Ability to effectively plan, prioritise, and execute tasks.
Keen attention to detail.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is desirable but not essential
