Digital Services PS Partner - EMEA

As the leader of the EMEA Digital Practice, you will own the long term strategy and be accountable for the execution of digital services and solutions to develop this area of our business, as well as having the immediate goal to build a successful business. You will understand the constraints and business challenges retail, financial, hospitality customers face, and be the enabler for the next wave of digital, cloud, mobile and analytics adoption. You will beexpected to work closely with and alongside the cross divisional practices to provide value and insights to our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth of the EMEA Digital Practice by defining and implementing the short and long term digital strategy
  • Plan, organize, direct and control the work activities for the digital solutions ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution or service is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client’s satisfaction
  • Ensures effective pursuit and completion of profitable consulting engagements and assuring reference ability
  • Advise clients on the transformational aspects of digital
  • Support the delivery of other technology consulting projects as needed
  • Partner with sales and pre-sales to generate demand
  • Support New Business Development activities
  • Participate in bid, proposal and contract / commercial negotiations
  • Develop thought leadership in the digital domain and create tailored market relevant digital offerings and propositions for clients
  • Build a high performance team to support the growth of the Practice
  • Use insights to lead client discussions and help shape their digital agenda
  • Engage with the in-country and regional delivery organizations to ensure required skills and capacity are available and prepared to support the execution of the Digital Portfolio

The Person

We are seeking a talented individual with digital consulting and implementation experience. This is a high profile role within the region, requiring a balance of business development and client delivery..


Soft skills:

Technical skills:

  • Deep functional knowledge of digital solutions and services
  • Hold ideally one or more Program & Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, etc)
  • Proven experience to be able to demonstrate prior capability and client empathy
  • Ability to talk to clients on current technology issues and have an opinion on market direction
  • Ideally degree educated
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel


  • Consulting background preferred
  • Deep industry experience (in one or more: retail, financial, hospitality, travel)
  • Demonstrable experience in digital consulting activities for a complex organizations and delivering large scale projects and programs
  • Managing cross-functional and cross geography teams
  • Working with senior level client stakeholders, handling difficult conversations and resolving issues
  • Coordinating multi-faceted activities and deadlines, anticipating challenges, difficulties and pressure points
  • Evidence of thought leadership and innovative thinking
  • 5-8 years of experience in senior consulting/engagement lead assignments
  • Ability to develop relationships at the executive level
  • Experience in P&L management
  • Possess strong knowledge & experience in at least 2 of the following technology areas / capabilities:
    • IOT
    • Cloud Computing
    • Mobile
    • E-commerce
    • Digital Strategy and transformation
    • Analytics
    • Security
