Hillarys is the leading supplier of made-to-measure-window dressings in the UK.
We have an exciting opportunity for a digital project manager to join our busy digital team, responsible for managing and delivering projects across the Hillarys UK and Ireland websites.
The website is one of the business’s most important assets, with more than 90% of all customers interacting with it at some point in the customer journey, so we need someone who is committed to delivering the very best user experience, increasing conversion rate and driving leads into the Hillarys business.
We’re looking for a results driven, commercially-focussed person, with excellent attention to detail and planning skills who can juggle multiple tasks at once. They will use their commercial and analytical experience to prioritise effectively. We want someone dynamic and confident that will come up with new ideas, and deliver tangible benefits quickly. They will be able to create and interpret digital briefs, gather information from various business stakeholders, and keep those stakeholders informed throughout the project.
Previous digital experience is essential for this role; our ideal candidate will have 2 or more years’ experience in digital and have prior experience of delivering website projects.
Excellent communication and relationship skills are also essential. The right person will be confident at speaking with stakeholders at all levels, including the business directors, and will want to champion new ideas to the leadership team. They will manage our digital development agencies, ensuring they are meeting deadlines on time and on-budget. They will also enjoy a close working relationship with our in-house Comms, PPC, SEO, Social, Content and Design teams to ensure all digital campaigns are aligned to the business objectives and delivering leads efficiently.
They will want to champion new initiatives to the leadership team and will need to gather information from various stakeholders around the business in order to understand a brief and regularly keep stakeholders informed throughout each project.
The right candidate will be joining a forward thinking company currently celebrating its 50th year in business, who prides itself on the use of innovative digital technologies and strategies to retain its market leading position. You will benefit from a company-wide training programme which offers continual business and personal development.
