Let's break this down a little bit. Firstly, Project Management, you're comfortable running a project from start to finish, in fact your passion is driving something from the offset and seeing it through to completion, on time and within budget. You might even be PRINCE2 or Agile qualified, but one thing is certain, you've got that experience.
Secondly, Digital, predominantly the execution of Digital Content with an emphasis on rich media, paid media and mid-level social with knowledge of banners, social ads and PPC. There will also be some web and email thrown in for good measure.
You're a master of gathering information from clients, and communicating that out to an internal digital team. You can create and manage project plans, ensuring all digital campaigns are launching on time and to budget. You'll be supporting in the creation of storyboards, ad copy and creative visuals in this role, taking a hands on approach to managing the project. You'll also be producing production ready client briefs and specs for all manner of digital projects.
We'll also need your keen eye in supporting the Quality Control department, checking digital campaigns for best practice and accuracy, prior to client release.
But overall, you do this because customer service means everything to you, you'll be liaising with the account teams and making sure that whichever client you're focusing on, has received the best possible service.

You'll be customer driven, and you'll thrive on delivering great service, every time. You're a digital expert having experience working with a wide range of digital marketing services, especially Paid Media, Rich Media and Social. They're essential. If you're coming to us with further experience in web and email builds, we'd also be very interested.
Project Management is second nature to you, balancing priorities and running concurrent projects is your driving force. You may have a Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or Agile, but this isn't a necessity.
Ultimately, we want you to be just that, you! If the description of you is that you are tenacious, organised, and methodical with a fanatical approach to customer service.
