The Digital Product Owner will join the Digital Transformation Team and to help drive the programme forward. The role offers the right candidate the opportunity to be at the heart of this programme.
As the Product Owner you will be responsible for delivering a significant part of the overall programme, driving the design, build and implementation of multiple digital products within an agile environment.

- Online development using CXP/CRM (Firmstep) and CMS (Contensis) systems, predominantly developing transactional facilities that are integrated into a back-office system
- Usability and user experience
- Solution design
As the Product Owner on the Digital Transformation team you should be able to think commercially about business outcomes and be a thought leader in delivering solutions
Work closely with developers and the client to translate design ideas into working solutions and ensure that solutions are delivered according to the programme plan.
Classify business challenges into distinct projects, deliverables or components in order to ensure that these challenges are overcome.
Turn difficult concepts into something intuitive and simple and be able to communicate these to users who lack technical understanding.
Close and frequent collaboration with our client and key stakeholders; you will find out what they are trying to achieve, fully understand the business impact for their request, and solve any problems that are presented.
Communicate in a proactive way to find, collect, discuss, filter, prioritise, manage and present the product backlog according to the programme vision and plan, with a focus on business value.
Help articulate the value and impact of the project and programme roadmap to multiple teams and stakeholders from both within and outside the organisation.
Engages with the team to produce outstanding products by innovating and facilitating the implementation of new features and functions.
Work with the team to continuously improve the way we work with backlogs, impediments, technical debt and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a thorough understanding of both business and technology concepts
Strong organisational, problem solving and planning skills, including ability to prioritise and negotiate competing goals.
Excellent client and relationship management skills.
Ability to work and deliver results independently, a self-starter.
You are adept at dealing with senior stakeholders and ensuring client and customer satisfaction.
Experienced Product Owner with proven experience of working on digital products Within an online digital environment.
Will be well versed in working in an agile environment using the Scrum framework. Will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for UX, enhancing the Digital customer journey and digital customer experience.
Extensive experience building customer centric digital products in an online environment
Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
Thorough understanding of Scrum practices and a Scrum certification
