If you have experience with managing digital products, delivering campaigns and creating an innovative digital experience that helps to optimise the consumer sales journey, this could be a great role for you.
This is an opportunity for you to become a specialist and the go to, subject matter expert, in mobile and web app experiences. You will manage and support the digital experience for First Utility consumers. By monitoring our current online capabilities alongside customer insight, identifying commercial opportunities and then making recommendations for change, you could make a real difference.
Some essential skills required for the role
Experience of being a digital/technical product specialist
Experience in the design and delivery of strategic and innovative digital projects
Ability to establish reporting and analytical frameworks, that ensure the accurate evaluation of the key journeys
Proven ability to translate customer insight into propositional requirements
Some skills that would be nice to have in the role
Expert business analysis skills
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes
Ability to work with a large, varied work portfolio
